After all, this homemade mixture might be all you need if you also make the effort to do certain specialized exercises, eat a clean diet and if your cellulite is not too bad.
- Body lotion - any kind is fine, but I like using one with mostly natural ingredients that doesn't have additives or harmful chemicals
- 3 Tbsp Witch Hazel fluid
- 10 drops Rosemary oil
- 10 drops Juniper oil
- 30 drops Grapefruit oil
- 30 drops Cypress oil
- glass jar with tight fitting lid
Start by sanitizing the bottle to get it ready for the mixture.
Get a small bowl out to mix up the cream and start by putting in the 3 Tbsp of the witch hazel.
Next you will add all of the oils and blend thoroughly.
Lastly, add in the 8 oz. of your chosen body lotion to the mixture in the bowl. Be sure to mix it up really well so that it is very blended.
Scrape the mixture into the prepared glass jar and screw the lid on tight.
How to Use It
Use your home-made cellulite cream twice daily to massage into the affected areas. The best times to do that is immediately after having a shower in the morning and again at night just before you go to bed.
The best technique is to use a circular motion to massage it in until it absorbs into your skin.
Be sure to keep this up every day for at least 3 to 6 weeks. If you are diligent and your cellulite isn't too bad, you can start to see improvements as early as 3 weeks.
If your results after 6 weeks of use are minimal, you probably need to use more potent, commercially formulate cellulite creams. If that's the case, make sure you check out our reviews so you can avoid the disappointment of buying one that fails to work.
